Any tips on how to deal with fresh waves of anxiety about how this will impact work, finances, etc.?

The most important thing is not to become how you feel.

It’s a natural human response to feel some anxiety or be fearful when we are faced with uncertainty.

However, it’s important that you don’t feed and water your fears so that you become emotionally overwhelmed by the scale of the current threat or how uncertain the future might be.
